The inspiration for Cooking with Concrete came last summer I spent a few days down in the concrete laboratory at Imperial College filming videos of concrete being pushed and pulled apart as part of a project to create video resources for the materials section of Expedition Workshed. Spending a few days playing around with the stuff I realised just what versatile cooking ingredient concrete is.
